Andrew M. Rose

PRESIDENT & CEO

Andrew M. Rose brings more than 30 years of corporate and non-profit experience as a business owner, volunteer leader and, most recently, a C-level executive at one of the largest Jewish Federations in the country.

In his role as Chief Impact Officer, Andy oversees all strategic planning for each client, providing “big picture” planning for their marketing, communications and fundraising support needs.

Prior to Federation, Andy was founder and CEO of Marketing Ink, Inc., an award-winning full-service advertising and PR firm based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, for 17 years.

Andy has a B.A. degree in Journalism from Penn State University and spent four years as a reporter and editor for award-winning newspapers in  Pennsylvania.

Andy has also served in numerous non-profit volunteer roles, including Vice President and Secretary of the local JCC, where he won the prestigious young leadership award.

Gina Lopez

V.P., MARKETING OPERATIONS

Gina Lopez plays a central role at the agency, overseeing the operation, managing projects and providing a wide range of graphic design, web development and social media services.

“When it comes to multi-tasking marketing and communications projects from the outside in, no one is more versatile than Gina,” says Andrew M. Rose, Non-Profit Team owner. “She is as personable as she is organized, which is an invaluable combination when it comes to working with clients in the field and colleagues.”

A graduate of the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Gina brings 15 years of marketing, management and customer service experience to the company, including the position of Front Office Supervisor and VIP Concierge at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, where she supervised a staff of more than 25.

All along the way, she ran her own company, GloDesigns Studio, specializing in graphic design, web design and marketing.

Erin Rosado

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Few marketing professionals possess the versatility and organizational skills that Erin Rosado brings to the Non-Profit Team as our Director of Digital Marketing.

Erin oversees all of our clients’ multi-channel communications, including email marketing, e-newsletters and paid social media. She also plays a critical role in planning and coordination of project agendas for several organizations as well as special events.

Erin has extensive experience in graphic design with exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills. She is a dynamic team player with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.

Prior to joining the Non-Profit Team, Erin spent seven years as Graphics and Marketing Director at a local synagogue in Boca Raton, Florida.

Erin earned her Associate Degree in Graphic Design and Diploma in Photography at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

Mimi Alonso

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Mimi Alonso is an award-winning (35 in all), passionate and detail-oriented creative graphic design professional with more than 20 years of experience working in high-level agencies handling Fortune 500 clients. She has the ability to inspire a team or work independently and proactively.

Mimi spent eight years as a senior art director and senior graphic designer at Zimmerman Advertising. She has also worked in senior design positions at G.L. Homes and WCI Communities, Inc. Mimi specializes in developing high-quality, sophisticated and original creative graphic design concepts that reflect desired strategies of Rose Marcom clients.

In addition to having a strong understanding of best practices in marketing and promotions, she excels in all areas of graphic arts and quality control for collateral materials, publications, web sites, multiple digital formats, point-of-purchase displays, billboards, packaging and so much more.

Ericka Sanchez

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Ericka Sanchez is the Non-Profit Team’s Social Media Manager, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns on all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Ericka works closely with each client to develop sustained programs that are not just about “clicks” and “likes;” they incorporate the organization’s strategic goals – whether it’s building event attendance, generating donations, attracting volunteers or stirring up greater community involvement. While she is a detailed planner, always working weeks in advance so each client can always see the big picture, Ericka has a unique ability to pivot and post unanticipated events and occurrences to maximize activity and virality among social media followings.

Prior to joining the Non-Profit Team, Ericka held the position of Marketing and Social Media Specialist at Sweeter Than Honey in Lake Worth, Florida.

Ericka holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Mark Ahrens

DIRECTOR OF VIDEO PRODUCTION

Mark G. Ahrens is a Florida native with more than 20 years of experience capturing moments and events through his lenses and microphones.

Whether brief stand-up interviews, long form expositions or multi-cam coverage of performances, he can record and craft the presentation to deliver the emotion and the message that the Non-Profit Team has developed.

He has a well-rounded understanding of technical and practical details and is an asset to any production environment.

Mark has been working with Non-Profit Team Founder Andy Rose for more than 15 years, collaborating on stirring fundraising videos for events, web sites and special presentations.

Laura Tranchino

DIGITAL AD SPECIALIST

Laura Tranchino is a highly skilled marketing professional with a degree in Marketing. With a strong background in social media management and marketing campaigns, Laura has a proven track record of creating successful advertising strategies.

Her expertise lies in leveraging social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

With her creative approach and analytical mindset, Laura is dedicated to helping businesses reach their marketing goals and achieve success in the digital landscape.

In addition to her experience and expertise, Laura is widely-known for her incredible energy and drive in carving out the ideal marketing and advertising solutions for our client organizations. Her track record with the Non-Profit Team has always led to one thing – and one thing only – results!

Christina Wood

SENIOR COPYWRITER

Christina was born in Wisconsin, where she later studied communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, before wisely making a move to sunny Florida. After further studies at Oxford University, England, she received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Over the years, Christina has utilized her communications skills to creatively meet a variety of challenges while working with political campaigns and non-profit organizations as well as both print and broadcast media. She launched her freelance career in 1995.

Christina has received numerous awards and honors, including and Addy Award, Adrian Award, Communicator Award, Golden Ink Award and Charlie Award. She also received a President’s Award from the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition and was profiled in Writer’s Market as a “Successful Freelancer.”
