Firm Will Focus on Mission and Vision Planning, Comprehensive Fundraising Support, Affinity Marketing and Community Engagement

DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA – Rose Marcom LLC, a full-service marketing and communications firm based in Delray Beach, has rebranded as the “Non-Profit Team” (, which will exclusively focus its operation on intensive marketing, communications and fundraising support for charities of all types and sizes.

“For the past several years, we’ve established an extensive track record working with a wide range of non-profits – from social service agencies and advocacy groups to educational institutions, religious organizations and cultural foundations. That’s essentially our brand so we’ve decided to make it louder and clearer by becoming the Non-Profit Team,” said Andrew M. Rose, President and Chief Impact Officer, who has spent more than three decades as a C-level executive and entrepreneur in the non-profit sector.

Rose said the company will focus on four key areas: Mission and Vision Planning, Multi-Channel Communications, Comprehensive Fundraising Support and Community Engagement.

“These are the cornerstones of success for non-profits,” said Rose. “Unfortunately, many organizations do not have the full complement of resources to build their brand and messaging, cultivate financial resources in multiple ways and connect in a meaningful way with the greater community. That’s where our full-service team comes in.”

The Non-Profit Team can implement full-service marketing and fundraising support programs, assemble a la carte packages for campaign solicitations and special events or provide organizations with individual projects such as logos, case for giving brochures and videos, depending upon each organization’s needs.

“In every case, we become intimately familiar with each charity’s mission and goals. We always ask the question: What makes the organization unique and how can we help them achieve their short- or long-term goals,” said Rose, who overseas an eight-member team.

Rose Marcom’s current and past clients include Milagro Center, The Symphonia, Arts Garage, Ruth Rales Jewish Family Services, Family Promise of Southeast Florida, JAFCO and SouthTech Academy.

The Non-Profit Team’s future plans include NPTI, a marketing and fundraising institute that will feature seminars and podcasts by expert speakers, offering the latest tools and insights for helping charities excel in the competitive non-profit marketplace.
